SA Järvamaa ja mitmed Järvamaa koolid võõrustasid uhkelt 3. ja 4. oktoobril 12 haridushuvilist Lätist, Leedust, Soomest ja Islandilt. Esimene kahepäevane kohtumine oli osa rahvusvahelisest haridusprojektist, mille eesmärk oli tutvustada haridusprogrammi Ettevõtlik Kool ning õppida, kuidas osa Järvamaa koolid rakendavad programmi edukalt.

Esimesel päeval viidi väliskülalised õppekäigule Roosna-Alliku Põhikooli ja Järva-Jaani Gümnaasiumisse. Seal said nad ülevaate koolide igapäevaelust ja tutvustati Ettevõtliku Kooli haridusprogrammi.

Teisel päeval jätkus programm Väätsa Põhikoolis, kus väliskülalised vaatlesid õppetunde ja tutvusid TULEMi tööriistaga. Seejärel liiguti Paide Gümnaasiumi, kus räägiti õppimist toetavast keskkonnast. Päeva lõpetuseks suunduti Paide Hillar Hanssoo Põhikooli, et tutvuda nende tegemistega.

Külastatud koolide mitmekesisus ja Ettevõtliku Kooli metoodikate tutvustamine pakkusid väliskülalistele silmapaistva ülevaate Eesti haridussüsteemist. Nad avaldasid oma vaimustust meie koolide tegevuste ja lähenemiste üle ning tänasid võimaluse eest saada paremat arusaamist üldse Eesti haridussüsteemist.

Projekt, mille korraldamise eest vastutab SA Järvamaa, sai rahalist toetust Nordplus programmist teemal "Erinevad lähenemised loodusteaduste ja ettevõtluse õpetamisele Põhja-Balti kogemustes". Projekti eesmärk on edendada rahvusvahelist koostööd ja jagada parimaid praktikaid erinevate riikide vahel.

Projekti raames saavad osalevad haridushuvilised koolitust, kuidas toetada igat õpilast tema arengus ning aidata tal kujundada õppimist vastavalt oma huvidele ja võimalustele. Samuti julgustatakse õpetajaid kasutama erinevaid õpetamismetoodikaid ja õpetama mitmekultuurilistes klassides. Kogemuste jagamine teiste riikide koolidega võimaldab rikastada õpetajate arusaama haridusest ning avada uusi võimalusi õppimise ja õpetamise valdkonnas.

Lisaks uutele sõpradele ja koostööpartneritele aitab projekt arendada osalejate professionaalseid oskusi ning hoida end kursis haridusuuendustega. Piirkondlikul tasandil soovitakse luua uusi koostöösidemeid, mis võimaldavad tulevikus veelgi rohkem kogemusi jagada ja koos õppida.

Järva County proudly hosted 12 educationally interested guests from Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Iceland on October 3 and 4, the same time opening windows and doors to the educational institutions of its county. The first two-day meeting was part of an international educational project. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the educational program Entrepreneurial School and learn how some schools in Järva County successfully implemented it.

On the first day, the foreign guests visited and had a study tour to Roosna-Alliku Primary School and Järva-Jaani High School. There, they got an overview of the daily life of the schools and introduced the educational program of the Entrepreneurial School, which has been on the educational landscape of Järva County.

On the second day, the program continued at Väätsa Primary School, where foreign guests observed the lessons and familiarized themselves with the TULEM tool. Then, they moved to Paide Gymnasium, where we talked about the environment that supports learning. It the end of the day, we went to Paide Hillar Hanssoo Primary School to learn about their activities.

The diversity of the visited schools and the presentations of the Entrepreneurial School's methodologies offered the foreign guests an outstanding overview of the Estonian education system. They expressed their enthusiasm for the activities and approaches of our schools and thanked us for the opportunity to gain a good understanding of the Estonian education system in general.

The project, which SA Järvamaa is responsible for organizing, received financial support from the Nordplus program on topic "Different approaches to teaching natural sciences and entrepreneurship in the Northern Baltic experiences". The project aims to promote international cooperation and share best practices between different countries.

As part of the project, the participating education enthusiasts receive training on how to support students in their development and help their shape learning according to their interests and capabilities. Teachers are also encouraged to use different teaching methodologies and teach in multicultural classes. Sharing experiences with schools in other countries enriches teachers' understanding of education and opens up new opportunities in learning and teaching.

In addition to new friends and cooperation partners, the project helps to develop the participants' professional skills and to keep up to date with educational innovations. At the regional level, it desires to create new cooperative ties that will enable even more experience-sharing and learning together for the future.
